An intro lesson is a great place to start if you are new to Krav Maga.  During the intro, you will be introduced to the concept of Retzef & how to use your bodies natural instinctive movements. You'll also discover how Krav Maga differs from more traditional and, or sport-based martial arts.  In short, Krav Maga is a modern, evolving combative system.

Classes offer a great opportunity to learn Krav Maga while in a group setting.  They have the benefit of allowing the individual student to work with other students of different size, strength, & skill level.  Whether you are a casual attendee, the dedicated Kravist, or simply looking for a great workout, there is something for everyone.

Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction, where I teach you the finer nuances of the techniques being utilized.  Privates are a great way to hone your skill and deepen your knowledge base & understanding while developing a warrior ethos.  Remember, practice does not make perfect... Perfect practice makes perfect!

A class that is specifically designed to give women the confidence & tools they need to avoid and, or survive a dangerous encounter!  The techniques covered are designed to work, no matter how big or strong you may, or may not be!  Classes are never rushed and student questions are highly encouraged.  Single session seminars are available for groups, as are ongoing lessons.

It is an unfortunate sign of the times when places traditionally off-limits to crime, have become prime targets for terrorists.  Whether it be a church, synagogue, mosque, or temple, the simple fact is, that where people gather en masse, the potential for violent acts exists.  Let's change that paradigm...  Call to schedule a seminar with your security teams & staff.

Statistically speaking, real-estate agents are significantly more likely to be attacked while working.  In fact, nearly 40% have at some point reported feeling unsafe while on duty.  In 2016 alone, some 34,500 agents were attacked or violently threatened in some manner.  This is both unacceptable and dangerous!  Call to schedule a seminar with your office & field staff.
